Exposure Monitoring

- Examples of Noise Exposure Levels -

Note: The noise levels shown are approximate and should only be taken as a guide.

WHAT IS NOISE?

- An unwanted sound
- It is unwanted because it can cause annoyance, interfere with speech or
  communication, and/or cause hearing impairment.
- NEVER underestimate the harm noise can do.
- Too much noise damages the hair cells in the inner ear.

When subjected to extended exposure and high doses of damaging constant noise you will suffer the effects of "Noise Induced Hearing Loss".

At Sound Hearing we offer "Noise Consultancy" through highly trained personnel who use sanctioned engineering practices to lower noise exposure levels for workers in their workplace.
